We move through the 4 phases of the Heroine’s Journey:
Day 1
Entering the Heart
Arrival · Opening Drum Circle · Cacao Ceremony
Step into sacred space as you sip a warm cup of herbal tea, greet your sisters, and allow the forest to wrap its arms around you. Let the outside world fall away as we begin our descent together—setting intentions in a circle of rhythm and reverence.
As the sun sets and the stars emerge, we gather in a powerful cacao ceremony to open the heart and honor the stirrings within. Our evening meditation will guide you into the Heartwood—the mythic cave of your own soul.

Day 2
Deepening the Descent
Shadow Work · Feminine Archetypes · Fire Ritual
On this day, we move deeper into the wild terrain of the heart. Guided by shadow work, we begin to remove the masks we’ve worn, meeting the parts of ourselves we've exiled or forgotten.
In workshop and ritual, we explore the “Masks of the Feminine” learn about your personal astrology powerline—your unique energetic imprint leading you to both the wild feminine and how to integrate deep trust.
You’ll have time to wander alone, journal, or rest in the woods, then return to the fire at dusk for a drum circle and sacred releasing ritual under the stars.

Day 3
Searching the Heart
Somatic Listening · Creative Exploration · Cacao Ceremony
Awaken your body and spirit with a ritual for drawing up wisdom from the waters of your being. Through somatic practices and intuitive movement, you’ll listen to your heart’s longing and give it a voice through creative expression exploring your inner labyrinth.
A guided journey will help you uncover hidden truths and soul desires. As we explore divine feminine symbols that will reawaken your inner Goddess.
In the evening, we return to the circle for a soft and potent cacao meditation, allowing joy, sorrow, grief, and love to move through us as we prepare to rise.

Day 4
Aligning with the Heart
Womb Ritual · Integration · Closing Circle
Our final morning begins with a sacred womb ritual—grounding your transformation in the body and calling forward your future self.
We gather for one final circle to share, integrate, and honor all that has been revealed. A celebratory lunch seals the container, and we emerge changed—softened, strengthened, aligned.

Our Sacred Space in the Woods
A Private Cabin in the Mountains of South Eastern Idaho..
We’ll gather in a rustic private cabin, deep in the forest near Mackay, Idaho. With no cell service, we are called inward—free from distraction, tuned to nature, and surrounded by trees, stars, and wild feminine magic.
